Yes this is true, but I've said it before, & I'll say it again... At this very moment somebody is developing a new way to commit an old crime.
After 911 things changed. Well today in the news a young man filmed himself skydive off the trade center roof. That's right he and some friends were able to get to the top of this over 1700 ft tall building and sky dive off of it undetected.
Three people were arrested and charged with felony charges.
This questions the safety procedures and policy in a major way.
Thrilling was the word they used to discribe their experience.
