This means that no matter what happens in court, I have earned my money. If the case is dismissed it has nothing to do with the fact that you were released from jail thru a bail bond. This bail premium is non refundable. I get asked if its refundable when cases are dismissed all the time, the answer is NO.
It's important to understand the premium is earned upon your release from jail. That's what you are paying for.
