QUEEN of BAIL & EAGLES NEST CYCLES

This last Saturday, November 28, I was proud to be a sponsor of this TOY RUN! Last year was my first toy run, and this year I made a commitment to do one every year for ever, in honor of my Dad. 

This year I teamed up with Eagles Nest Cycles in Alhambra. We promoted the event pretty hard, we went to a lot of different independently owned bike shops and many different events with our flyers. 

I want to thank everybody for coming and bringing toys and showing so much support! 

We had a fantastic turnout! I thought maybe as the day went by, people would come in & it would be pretty steady. We had a huge pack ride in right at 10 AM and it never stopped throughout the day! 

Santa was on his Harley Davidson instead of on his sleigh! Mommas Biz Kettle Corn & Funnell Cakes was there, Fuck Cancer apparel line was there, HN clothing was there, Executive Detailing was there doing their thing, the Red Rose Mafia Pinup models were there taking pictures with everybody and selling the raffle tickets and looking beautiful! Rebellious blues dogs band played, and comedian Zhavago Blea did his thing too! Manny Navarrette was there with his hand made art crafts and collectibles! RQOB gave away five dozen T-shirts, 150 cookies, and stacks of stickers ! We had raffle prizes donated from so many people and we collected so many toys !

Next year we hope it to be bigger! Every year we will strive to bring a good time to our supporters and friends, and also a good event for our vendors. It was a great success! TOY RUN 2015 Benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Pomona

Saturday, November 28 Raquel Queen of Bail Bonds is sponsoring a toy run! Every Christmas it is a personal and sentimental value to me that I participate one way or another in needy children getting toys. 

Eagles Nest Cycles of Alhambra is the host of the Toy Run. 

We have raffle prizes, we have swag bag giveaways ! We have a full bar, we have food! We have a band! We have the Red Rose Mafia pinup models doing a meet and greet! We have the Pomona fire department bringing their huge red truck to hand out toys to the kids! 

We have received an amazing amount of support already, & we want to thank everybody for making this an exciting event! Please spread the word & please bring one unwrapped toy with a $10 value or more. 

I will be there with some RQOB swag bags with custom logo cookies, stickers posters and T-shirts!

It's the holiday season! This time of year, there are numerous amounts of turkey drives, blanket donations, food drives and toy runs. I think if we all just pick one or two benefits, & do the best we can ..we can feel good about being part of our community and helping people that are less fortunate at this time. 

I understand that everybody can not do all of these types of events. I'm invited to at least 4 or 5.  I'm choosing to do two for the holidays. So if you can't make it or Burbank is too far for you, please find my post on Facebook or Instagram and share it. If you can't attend or donate, you can spread the word so other people can have the opportunity to give. That means everything to me as much as a toy!!! BORN FREE CYCLES TOY RUN

Born Free Cycles is having their second annual toy run this December 12, 2014! I am so happy to come on board in the second year! They support the Burbank Temporary Aid Center. The BTAC  has been helping people since 1974. They've been providing support for individuals, families, the working poor, crime victims, senior citizens, & homeless with short term emergency assistance they need to live with dignity. 

I'm so proud to be the sponsor of this Toy Run! We are anticipating to get a lot of toys for these kids, so that they can all open a gift on Christmas day! 

If you're in a car club or you ride a motorcycle or you just want to come hang out with some creative caring people this December 12 ...please just bring one toy. It doesn't have to be big doesn't have to be expensive . You will feel great about it. Please say hi to me I'd love to meet you. I'll be doing a poster signing and free sticker giveaway. See you there! Special guest Skratch, from Skratches Garage will be there! Raffles, food, music, cocktails & pretty girls and motorcycles!
