The Born Free Cycles Toy Run was a major success! I knew it would be! Good people attract other good people and will always get a tremendous amount of support. Tin Horn Flats was super accommodating and cooperative with us and Anthony the general manager was a pleasure to work with. The place was packed. So you have to imagine everybody's drinking, the music is pretty loud, and it's a sardine can ...and not one person had anything but a smile on their face. The contributions and donations given to us made the raffle a really good incentive it was pretty badass! There was a fender for a motorcycle worth over $1000 dollars, there was hair products, there were motorcycle seats worth over $400 as raffle prizes... it was amazing. Everybody really came through. People brought toys by the bagful & we filled over six bins, all stuffed with toys. I had the best time ever and I really look forward to doing this again next year! I must thank everybody from Born Free Cycles to the BurbankTemporary Aid Center, Tin Horn Flats, every single person that came (and I'm pretty sure I said hi to you because I was all over the place) & every vendor that donated a raffle prize.. Suavacito Hair Products, Arlen Ness Motorcycles, GT Grips, Lowbrow Customs, Drag Specialties, La Pera, Biltwell, Skratches Garage, Klockwerks, Loser Machine, Hard Drive, Speed Merchant, and S&S . Thank you again to everybody! Enjoy the pictures and we hope to see you come out next year! It was a blast and a lot of needy families have toys for their children this Christmas! And last but not least I must thank my girl from cupcake cartel who made custom RQOB cookies for the event.

RAQUEL QUEEN OF BAIL
This holiday season has been so busy I haven't had a chance to blog in over a week! With the toy run planning & promoting and last weekends hectic schedule I'm glad to be able to sit here with a cup of coffee & do some writing.

QUEEN OF BAIL AT CAREER DAY
Things have been so crazy hectic busy lately that I haven't blogged in probably a week. Sometimes busy can mean a solid week of social obligations. Mix that in with every day business, errands, chores, gym & family and there's just not enough hours in the day.
Approximately three weeks ago I was invited to participate at Aspire Ollin University Prepetory School Career Day.
I can't even tell you how thrilled I was to be invited. I had approximately three weeks to prepare. Since I had never participated in anything like this before the only thing I had to use as reference was being a kid and remembering career day at my school. I sat in my office and I put together a half hour presentation that I thought would keep kids engaged. I had 4 half hour sessions with 9th & 10th graders!!!
The day finally arrived and I had to be up at 5:45 in the morning after having been to one of my best girlfriends birthday party the night before until 1:30 AM.
I was a little tired, but I was still so excited about career day I was running on pure adrenaline and I was ready!
I can't tell you how cute these kids were, there were ninth-grade and 10th graders and very polite. My presentation started with our amendments ,with the Constitution. I thought that was very important for children to realize that Bail Bonds is our constitutional right first and foremost outside of being a business. I was able to project my commercial with good sound with all the lights out so they could really see it which was fantastic. I also gave all of the kids my fliers and stickers. Now what would a presentation from RQOB be without some cupcakes or some cookies?!!! Of course I had my girl from cupcake cartel design and create some custom cookies for the day. They had my logo on them completely edible! They came in a custom box with bright colors and were super cute!! Some of the young girls even wanted to keep the empty boxes. These children were super sharp, bright & attentive ..polite and just a joy to be with for that day. I will never forget my career day in Huntington Park with these children. I'm forever grateful and it was truly a highlight in my career.

BOND GIRL RAQUEL
Throughout my career I've met a few gems. People that never stop supporting me, that continue to work with me and collaborate with me! My friend Frank is one of these people. You may know him as Big Lyrik, or Big Lyrik Entertainment. Frank & I have worked together on many shows that lyrik has Mc'd & promoted. This opportunity has introduced me to so many people from Tshirt printers, to attorneys, to artists & dj's. When big Lyrik talks, people listen. Years have gone by & both our endeavor 's widen. This time we worked together for a video with an artist named 4Zone ! Needless to say my banner for my business is in the video, and my baby Benz made her second video debut. (She loves the attention). Frank directed and filmed the video. Everybody on the shoot was great, the girls, the artist, the producer Robles Will (Mob G) my friend Shonna from Cupcake Cartell had one if her girls there, and big shout out to Picazo's Auto Paint Pro Shop in Irwindale. There's no stopping RQOB, the opportunities are out there. Thank you to everybody involved!
