Happy new year everybody. As 2015 came to an end, I already had four projects in the mix for 2016 & many things to achieve for my business. Some are simple like a new business card, but I can't tell you how excited I am about this business card! Others are much more poignant and meaningful not only for my business but for the community.

2015 was one of the best years of my entire career, I hope it was for many of you as well.

In over 9 years in bail bonds there's one thing I've learned. Everybody will screw me over. Everybody. Especially "friends". Unfortunately this is the nature of my career. Sad but true. When somebody is in jail, they will promise me their first born child to get out. Then once they're out they don't know me. Their phone is turned off & they don't know me. So please understand that I'm not in business to do favors for friends. Business is business. You pay and THEN you get out of jail. Not the other way around. Especially if you're not employed & I don't know where you live. It's not a position I want to put myself in. This makes one realize who their peers are. If not one if your friends will put up money to bail you out of jail... Time to get new friends. This is why RQOB's mantra is "DONT GET CAUGHT SLIPPIN"...

I am always happy when my phone rings. My phone rings at very crazy hours. 5 am, midnight.. And any time in between. There is one thing every single one of my clients have in common... They are never prepared. This goes for all races, both genders, all incomes.  From being arrested, to going to court, none of my clients ever know what to expect. Not having prior experience with law enforcement or criminal courts is not a bad thing, but I am here to walk you through the process. Some examples of things people don't know:

Processing into a local jail takes 4-6 hours. Which sometimes means 10. 

Processing into a county jail takes 24 hours or more. 

Once you are sentenced, there is no more option for bail. 

Not all bail requires collateral.

What would our country be with out the right to bail ??? My client has been taken into custody three times for being a volunteer at a legally owned & operated dispensary. 

It is our constitutional right to bail. Not only does my client not belong in jail, he definitely does not deserve going before a judge dirty and in a blue jump suit changed & cuffed to other defendants.That is humiliating, & degrading.  

He'll be out in two hours max & enjoy a cold one I'm sure.
