The holiday weekend is here, the party starts now. The number one arrest charge is DUI. There is no bail required on a Misdomeanor DUI. The only time there is a bail amount is when the LAPD feel like being extra punitive. They can apply a 5k bail amount but it's very rare. DUI check points will be everywhere. Illegal fireworks is a different story. That definitely requires bail to be released. Please take a moment to put my phone number in your cell.
